Cookie Policy

Last updated October 22, 2026 · Applies to lowmoqprint.com

This page explains what lowmoqprint.com stores in your browser, why, and how to turn it off. It is written to be specific rather than reassuring: the tools named below are the actual tools in use, not a generic list.

Short version: we use two third-party measurement tools - Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Neither records anything until you click Accept on the banner. If you click Decline, or do nothing at all, no behavioural tracking runs and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time via Cookie settings in the footer of every page.

Strictly necessary (no consent required)

One item is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember your consent choice. It is not sent to us and cannot be used to identify you.

NameTypePurposeDuration
lmp_cookie_consentlocalStorage (not a cookie)Remembers whether you accepted or declined, so the banner does not reappear on every pageUntil you clear site data

The site works fully with this disabled. The only effect is that the banner will reappear on your next visit.

Analytics and performance (consent required)

Google Analytics 4

Provided by Google LLC. Measures aggregate traffic: which pages are visited, approximate location at country or city level, device type, and where visitors arrived from.

  • Runs in Google Consent Mode: before you accept, the tag is present but analytics_storage is set to denied, so no cookies are written and no user-level data is collected
  • After you accept, cookies such as _ga and _ga_* are set to distinguish sessions. These persist up to 13 months by default
  • IP addresses are processed by Google in truncated form; GA4 does not log or store full IP addresses
  • We do not enable Google signals, advertising features or cross-site remarketing on this property

Microsoft Clarity

Provided by Microsoft Corporation. This tool is more intrusive than ordinary analytics, so we describe it plainly.

  • Session replay: records a reconstruction of your visit - mouse movements, clicks, taps and scrolling - so we can see where visitors hesitate or abandon an enquiry
  • Heatmaps: aggregates which areas of a page receive attention
  • Input masking: text entered into form fields is masked by default and is not readable in recordings. This site has no account forms; contact is made through WhatsApp and email links, which open your own application rather than sending data to Clarity
  • Loading is gated: the Clarity script is not present in the page until you click Accept. Declining means it is never downloaded
  • Recordings are retained by Microsoft for up to 30 days, and Microsoft states that Clarity data is not used to build advertising profiles

We use Clarity for one purpose: identifying why visitors leave before enquiring. For example, if a buyer repeatedly scrolls the pricing table without contacting us, that tells us the price information needs clarifying.

What we do not use

  • No advertising or retargeting pixels (no Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Google Ads conversion tags)
  • No social media plugins that load trackers before interaction
  • No sale or sharing of visitor data with third parties
  • No fingerprinting, and no cross-site tracking

Third-party links

Contact buttons open wa.me (WhatsApp) and mailto: links. Clicking them takes you to WhatsApp or your own email client, which are governed by their own privacy policies - not by this one. Nothing is transmitted to those services until you act on the link yourself.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser sends its IP address to Google when fetching these files, as it would for any externally hosted asset.

How to change or withdraw consent

  1. Scroll to the footer of any page and click Cookie settings. This clears your stored choice and reopens the banner so you can select again.
  2. Choosing Decline stops Clarity from loading and returns GA4 to the denied state, so no further analytics cookies are written.
  3. To remove data already stored, clear cookies and site data for lowmoqprint.com in your browser settings. This also removes the consent record, so the banner will reappear.
  4. You can additionally install browser-level blocking, such as an extension that blocks Google Analytics and Clarity domains, or enable your browser's strict tracking protection.

Withdrawing consent does not affect any enquiry you have already sent us by WhatsApp or email.

Visitors from the EU, UK and Switzerland

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our lawful basis for the analytics and performance tools above is your consent, obtained through the banner before those tools run. Strictly necessary storage is exempt from the consent requirement under the ePrivacy Directive.

You have the right to access, rectify, export or delete personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Because this site has no accounts and no enquiry forms, we typically hold personal data only where you have contacted us directly by email or WhatsApp.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at peter@lowmoqprint.com or via WhatsApp. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we add or remove a measurement tool, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Material changes - for instance adding an advertising pixel - would also reset your stored consent choice so the banner asks again rather than assuming your earlier decision still applies.

Questions about this policy? Email peter@lowmoqprint.com and Peter will reply directly, typically within 24 hours on business days.
